What does my rent include?

Rent includes water, sewer, trash removal, snow removal, lawn care, 24-hour emergency maintenance and basic cable service.

 

Is there maintenance after hours?

Yes! We provide 24-hour maintenance service. If you have an emergency work order, such as a lockout or no heat in the winter, please feel free to call our after hours service line. If your request is not an emergency, please wait until the next business day to call.

 

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm and by appointment after-hours and on weekends.

 

Can I receive an information packet?

Absolutely!  Please send us a message on the Contact Us page and we will be happy to send you information by mail or by email.

 

How do I pay my rent?

You can pay your rent with a check or money order at the office, or pay online through Resident Connect.

 

Can I sign a month to month lease or does it have to be for 1 year at a time?

Our leases are for 12 months initially. We do offer a military clause, and you do have the option of renting month to month once the initial 12 months is reached.

 

Are pets allowed? Do you have any restrictions?

Yes, we do allow pets!  We allow up to 2 domestic animals (cats or dogs), of any well-behaved size or breed. We also allow caged birds and fish. Please contact us about our pet policy and additional pet fees.

 

Are there apartments available for immediate occupancy?

Occasionally we do have apartments immediately available. This changes on a daily basis. Please feel free to call us for up-to-date information.

 

Do you have furnished apartments?

Unfortunately we do not have furnished apartments. We do have information of local companies that can provide an entire house of furniture on a rental basis for a reasonable cost.

 

Can I transfer a lease to my roommate?

Yes, provided you both submit this request in writing, and your roommate qualifies to rent.

 

Do you have a waiting list?

Occasionally we do have a waiting list. Our unit availability changes frequently.  Please feel free to call us for up-to-date information. If we cannot find you a home at the location you prefer, we have several other sites where we may be able to find one for you!

 

What do I do if I lose my key?

We provide 24-hour maintenance at all of our sites. Simply call for assistance and we will be happy to let you into your home. There is a small key replacement fee.

 

Do I get my deposit back when I move out?

Your security deposit is fully refundable, less any cleaning or damage charges that may be assessed upon move out.
